For solicitors and barristers: ETSS is a productivity tool to assist your practice. It does not replace your professional judgment. You remain responsible for all advice given and documents filed on behalf of your clients, regardless of whether those documents were generated using ETSS.

8. Intellectual Property

Documents you create using ETSS belong to you. However, the templates, algorithms, and platform software remain the intellectual property of ModelLaw Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the platform's underlying templates or structure.
