Can I try before I pay?
Yes. LiP Free gives you a complete case with no time limit. Solicitor and Barrister plans include a 14-day free trial with full access.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No lock-in contracts. Cancel from your billing page and you retain access until the end of your billing period.
Do you verify SRA/Bar numbers?
Yes. Solicitors must provide a valid SRA number and Barristers a BSB Bar number at registration. This ensures only qualified professionals access professional tools.
Is my data secure?
All data stored in AWS eu-west-2 (London). Encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Documents accessible only via time-limited pre-signed URLs. Fully UK GDPR compliant.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export all your data in JSON format at any time (Article 20 UK GDPR — right to data portability). Documents can be downloaded individually.
Do you provide legal advice?
No. ETSS is a case management and document generation tool. We strongly recommend seeking independent legal advice from a qualified professional.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted. You can request immediate erasure at any time via the GDPR tools.
